Located in the city of Foshan, near Hong Kong, we have a manufacturing facility covering more than 70,000 square meters, where we employ a large workforce of dedicated employees. Moreover, we own advanced production lines imported from Japan and America.

Our manufacturing equipment includes several advanced extrusion lines, with capacities from 660 MT to 3600MT, a surface treatment line, powder spraying lines, heat insulation profile bar lines and electrophoresis lines. A franchised producer of D25 series powder coating developed by Akzo Noble, including Interpon 610, Interpon D2000 and Interpon D25, these new generation powder coatings have good aging performance, reasonable prices and environmental friendly characteristics. Outputting roughly 200 product series in 5,000 different specifications, our total yearly throughput now totals 25,000MT.

In addition, we maintain a strict quality control system by utilizing precision testing instruments and continually training our quality assurance personnel on the latest testing principles. Consequently, we have gained several quality system certifications including ISO9001-2008 and GB/T5237.1-523705-2008. And we are the main unit that participated in the national standard GB/T26014-2010 formulation in 2009.
